I am Charis Moutafidis, and I own two software companies. Peak Code Consulting GmbH in Aarau builds custom software for companies in Switzerland. Fiji Solutions in Thessaloniki, which I founded, builds custom software and Snowflake data platforms for businesses in Greece and everywhere else.
In full my name is Charalampos Moutafidis; in Greek, Χαράλαμπος Μουταφίδης. Day to day it is Charis Moutafidis, or Χάρης Μουταφίδης to anyone writing in Greek.

This is the work behind the two companies. Some of it was done through Peak Code Consulting or Fiji Solutions; some of it is older, from when I was employed as a developer. Every entry says which, because an employer and a client are different relationships.

- Fiji Solutions built a custom web CRM with a Greek interface for PAP Center, and the CRM is still running. It holds the centre’s customers, stock, expenses and reports, which used to live in an old program built for Windows XP. The staff use it every day.

- Fiji Solutions helped build their online learning platform, and built a Snowflake data setup that turns their data into customer and revenue insights. Every night, scheduled jobs bring the platform’s data into Snowflake, where dashboards show retention and revenue. The company’s owner, staff and instructors open those dashboards with view-only access.

- Earlier in my career I worked on Hapimag’s online platform as a developer, through my employer of that time. My areas were booking with points, the member area and shares, the backend services and APIs, and the public site and resort pages. It is where the travel sector on this page comes from.

Fiji Solutions, legally Fiji Solutions SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY (IKE), has been building software from Thessaloniki since 11 June 2025. It builds for companies that need a system built, a process automated or their data made usable, and it works with business owners in the United States and in Greece. It holds Snowflake AI Data Cloud Select Partner status. That partner status belongs to Fiji Solutions alone. Peak Code Consulting does not hold it, and I do not hold it personally. No fixed quote before the first look
Before anyone has looked at the process and the estate there is no honest number. Afterwards there is. I need to read it and see it, and then I can evaluate and come up with a plan. Fiji Solutions’ 7-Day Sheet-to-App Prototype has its terms set in advance: the prototype and the app built from it have fixed prices, published on its offer page.

The call takes 30 minutes and costs nothing

We go through the questions about your project together during it. There is no questionnaire to fill in beforehand.
By the end of those 30 minutes your path is named
You hear it in the call itself: what the first bounded step would be, and why it comes first. If the right first step is not one I would carry out, I say that too.
The first paid step is bounded before anyone starts
Fixed scope, fixed outcome, quoted in writing. A new build also ships with more than code: the code itself, in your repository under your organisation; an automated test suite written around your business cases, running in your pipeline; an operations guide covering how the system is deployed, configured and monitored, and how to get back from a failure, written for somebody who was not there; and the architecture decisions, short and dated, with the reasoning for why the alternatives lost.
The last two matter most after I am gone. The tests tell you whether the estate is still intact long after the last working day, and the decision records answer the question nobody can answer two years later.

What "enterprise-grade" means in practice
In practice it means a system that people who did not build it can run, and that somebody holding only the documentation can recover.
Concretely, that means automated tests written around your business cases, so the suite fails when an approval rule breaks and keeps passing when a form is redesigned. A rollback path is decided before the rollout starts. Operational acceptance criteria are agreed with the people who will run the thing and with the people who signed for it. Architecture decisions are written down, short and dated, with the reasoning for why the alternatives lost.
On a migration it is the same discipline in reverse. A process inventory comes before anything is touched. Dependency and package migration are kept apart from runtime configuration and database migration, so a failure has one cause. Then come a regression strategy over the real business scenarios, data validation, stakeholder sign-off, and the production rollout. Auditable and controlled, and boring at exactly the moment you want boring.
What happens in the first thirty minutes

In it I learn what the process really does and who has to agree before it changes, and by its end you know the first bounded step. If the right answer is to start no project at all, you will hear that in the call too.
The industries, and what carries across them
The sectors on this page are banking, travel, telecom, health and online education, and as businesses they have almost nothing in common. A bank’s processes are approvals and controls with an audit trail on every step. Travel is availability and booking, against a picture that changes while you read it. Telecom is scale: one small defect arrives everywhere at once.
Health is people, appointments and records, where confidentiality is the first constraint on every design. Online education is enrolment, progress, and the reporting a school needs about its own students to know what is working.
What carries across them is the shape of the problem. Somebody holds a business-critical workflow together by hand: in a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, a chain of approvals kept in one person’s head, or a process application whose authors have all left. Whatever the vocabulary of the industry, the work is the same: model the process honestly, automate what should be automated, leave what should not, and hand over something the business can run without me.
